Turmeric Curcumin with BioPerine
Turmeric is a Golden Spice born in the Indian Subcontinent and is used globally for numerous purposes. Turmeric, which is a plant in the ginger family, is a common spice and a major ingredient in curry powder. Curcumin is a major component of turmeric, and the activities of turmeric are commonly attributed to curcuminoids (curcumin and closely related substances). Curcumin gives turmeric its yellow color. Turmeric supplements are made from dried rhizomes and typically contain a mixture of curcuminoids. Turmeric is inherently hard to absorb. It is for this reason that we have added BioPerine which greatly helps with the absorption process.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules per day in the morning, preferably with a meal or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Caution: If you take blood thinners, you should avoid consuming large doses of turmeric. Due to its blood-thinning effects, pregnant women should avoid taking turmeric supplements unless directed by your healthcare practitioner. As with any dietary supplement, consult your healthcare practitioner before using this or any other supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing or anticipate surgery, take medication on a regular basis, or are otherwise under medical supervision. For Adult use only.
